It was safe and inviting.

I had to have surgery at a hospital nearby, and I needed a hotel the night before and after my surgery. We chose this hotel online, because we were looking for hotel nearby. The person who was supposed to check us in was sitting in the lobby on his phone for an uncomfortable amount of time before walking up to the desk to greet us. He advised us the stairs were quicker than the elevator. The entire Hotel property was under construction. There was no trash can in our room and my husband found out the coffee pot was broken the next morning. He bought a cold Starbucks coffee for $6 from the hotel. After my surgery I just needed somewhere to rest and we went back to the same hotel, same room. My husband informed him there was no trash can and could we please have one? He assured one would be provided, but it never was.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean. Only downside was the construction going on in the hotel.

The renovations that they are doing are only going to improve the overall experience at the hotel. But the rooms were so clean and everything is better.

Hotel was great in a great area. They are doing construction right now, which is the only reason I gave it a lower rating. However, I would definitely stay there again.

I found out the night before arrival that there would be outdoor construction and that the pool would be closed. The maze to get to the rooms because the lobby and elevators were limited was challenging. There was a huge roach in my room which I believe was a result of the outdoor work too. That freaked me out. However, the staff were great and very friendly. I loved the area and the convenience of the location. I will likely wait until the construction is done before I return.

The property is under remodel some of the rooms smell like cigarettes did not have shower mats,does not have a safe. Housekeeping could do better in cleanliness

Not good at all. Pool closed. They are renovating the hotel now. I would use this has your absolute last option until everything has been complete. We left the hotel within 2 hours of the stay and booked someplace else. Dont go until everything is fixed.

This property is under construction. Other than that, it is fine hard to get parking at night after 8 o’clock, but that is typical beds are somewhat comfortable. Rooms are clean.

Parking was horrible because of the construction. But other than that, place was great and staff were friendly.

Hotel was/is currently under renovation. There was a lot of extra noise, pool wasn't open and parking lot congestion. Hotel staff was friendly and always available to help. Once the construction is finialized, this will be a great place to stay.
