Loved the pool

Great area and staff

Embassy Suites & Casino in San Juan was everything I wanted it to be and more. The ambiance upon entry is amazing… the sights, the smells, the sounds of the coqui at night. The reception with drinks made for a memorable rained in Saturday night. The room was comfortable for the four females…water pressure and temperature of the shower was amazing. Staff were helpful & kind. And the different photo ops were great too. Breakfast amazing. The farina and avena took me back to my childhood. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in need of an amazing getaway.

The property was as expected. This was a last minute booking to accommodate delays in travel arrangements. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive when approached.

Close proximity to airport. 5 minute walk to beach.

Overall it was really an excellent stay.. BREAKFAST was good.. I know there were days that it felt like kitchen guys decided to take a break on making the pancakes right..LoL they were hard as a cardboard but other wise the made to order omelette was really a nice touch! Pool, gym facilities were good as well. We like the fact that they had laundry mat, helps with drying off those wet beach clothes especially when you have to watch luggage weight.. although $3/use was little stiff though. Casino was also fun and it was a great option to end your day or burn some time before hitting the sack after a Long Beach day. Cons: PARKING FEES!! I mean you’re already paying for a daily fee.. but then they add the extra taxes..it does add up!! ROOM CLEANING AND TOWELS.. they obviously had a staff shortage during our 6day stay there so they only came twice throughout our stay.. OVERALL: We would stay again and come back.. it’s was very close to the airport, Rooms were good enough, facilities as well, casino was a great addition, everything was within walking distance and that lobby was just gorgeous!!

My family and I enjoyed everything! The food was amazing, and the staff was so kind and welcoming.

Excellent. The smell that greets you is awesome

This was my third time at the Embassy and the staff never disappoint. The staff is what makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There were some I saw everyday my entire stay. They never fail to smile when they are interacting with you. Any question you had was met with an answer. Some staff like Jessica from house keeping and Nelson from El Patio restaurant are just a few of the staff I encountered. I will always choose Embassy when coming to Puerto Rico.

The outside pool was amazing

It was amazing. The rooms were clean, the bar staff, the casino staff was so great. The breakfast like never before
