We're only in town for a one night stay but the property me or expectations. It was very clean and updated. The room was nice. A/C was COLD. Appliances all work. Check in was fast and easy. The fd associate was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

This was a great halfway stopping point from south KY to Orlando. I would recommend.

Check-in and Check-out was perfect. Location was good, free breakfast was great, everything was nice and clean. The bed was hard as a rock, pillows were very soft but unfortunately go flat when you settle in on them, definitely need more than 2 pillows person. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was very yummy and the staff was wonderful! They loved our beagle pup LouAnna!

Everything was great. This was the second time staying here. The room AC was a little hard to regulate but eventually I did adjust it.

One night stay passing through but we would stop again. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Everything was updated and kept clean. Breakfast was great.

Food was very yummy, beds were very comfy and the staff was really nice!

Only area that I would like to have readdressed is that there were no coffee pots in the rooms. Going to the lobby to get coffee not preferred.

Pet friendly

The hotel was our first time at a Garner property. The hotel was attractive and tastefully furnished and equipped. The only negative was the front desk person. She was the worst person imaginable for “welcoming” guests to your facility. She was unhelpful, short, disrespectful, and just plain snarky and unwelcoming. She ruined what should have been a wonderful experience at a new hotel, at least for us, initial and (probably) stay at a Garner-named hotel.

Nice property and it was easy to access off the interstate.

Room was seemingly pretty clean, although all the bedding was damp, and smelled of cigarettes we still passed out for 4 hrs and continued our drive back to Ohio, front desk person was not friendly or in any mood to do her job and asked if I let anyone know we were checking in late at night I let her know I did call and talk to someone and make sure it was okay and that it was a 24 hr help desk to which she then rolled her eyes gave a dirty look and then didn’t say anything the rest of the check in. Honestly whatever it was cheap no bugs and we slept and left
