Love the jetted tub in the room, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. The hall way smelled so bad I plugged my noise. And it’s an older hotel with many bandage fixes. Shower is tiny, room was a good size though.

The hotel is easy to get to directly off the highway. We were just staying overnight - accommodations were comfortable and clean. There are a few restaurants nearby - we enjoyed a dinner at Eddies. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly.

Decent for the price! The bed was comfortable and we didnt get bugged by housekeeping once. They were readily available though and gave extra items as needed.

The place needs renovating. No complimentary breakfast. Turn on a TV for information in the reception area. Area around the hotel is dismal. Carpets need a good cleaning; doors don't open and close properly.

Extremely tired hotel that is in need of repairs, upgrades and staff that actually know something about customer service.

We frequent Sudbury to visit family, and have stayed at numerous hotels in the area . by far this hotel on Regent street has been our best experience. Room spacious , bed comfortable, and staff super friendly and kind . Complimentary breakfast on the weekend was excellent, and didn’t feel like the typical hotel breakfast experience. The staff were amazing during breakfast service. Will absolutely stay here every time when we return again .

Closer to exit of Sudbury

The hotel was great the internet was not so great kept cutting out or not working at all.

Parking lot is not marked properly to park vehicle, had didficulties parking as some cars were parked 3 deep.

Excellent and polite service. Our room was very quiet. Very fine and tasty breakfast in a quiet and large room, at the sound of cool jazz music. However, the hotel in general, the hallways and the rooms would need a little refreshing. Overall, very fine experience.

I was given a room i couldn't get in, while in the hallways so hot w a toddler. I had to go back to reception then told l already got check out...which i just checked in then got a parking lot view.
