The water in the lockers for showing never warmed up. Had to take a cold shower.

The stay was good but upon checking in they charged me 200 CAD as a deposit plus the full payment 205 CAD It was very strange

The hotel was nice. The hall outside my room was noises with groups of kids. The room was not made up daily. The staff was great at check in.

First off...the area around the hotel was not great. Parking structure being torn down and its a mess. Also no parking available onsite at this hotel so be prepared to pay $31 for valet parking or park yourself somewhere nearby.

Room was not very clean and very run down. Carpets were in rough shape.

I did not receive a free breakfast. The facility was great, the pool and gym were clean and good. The valet parking was an added cost but convenient.

Front desk staff was fantastic and location was excellent effect for rbc event. There was gum stuck to the bedside table and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Train and a/c unit were very noisy.
