The staff were friendly. However, the room was very old and dirty. I couldn't sleep at night because the soundproofing was very poor. I booked for two nights for over 5 million VND but only stayed one night.

Comfortable hotel and large rooms

The hotel is affordable and close to Pratunam Market. So, if you want to shop, just go downstairs.

The front desk staff were unfriendly and had a grumpy expression. The housekeeping staff were generally clean, but they lacked analytical skills. Their noise disturbed the occupied rooms. Some stood staring at customers. Some of them stared at the elevator staff, even though they were staring back. The breakfast room had cold, unappetizing eggs. They should have included bacon. The staff were chatting loudly and were rude. When clearing the tables, the staff were collecting supplies from tables before closing time, but they shouldn't have cleared tables that were still occupied.

Near Pratunam Market, easy to find anything we want

The hotel staff are all friendly, and the hotel is also located near a shopping center. You can immediately start shopping as soon as you leave the hotel. I highly recommend the Baiyoke Suite Hotel. 👍👍👍

The hotel staff is friendly and 24 hours. However, the room condition is bad. The bathroom smells of cockroaches (cockroaches come out of the bathtub) maybe because it has not been used for a long time. From the bathroom there is a noisy machine sound that penetrates the bedroom. The hotel room is like the 90s. The wifi was okay at first but then it often disappeared. The plus is that it is close to Pratunam and the food access is very good.

Bayokeu suite is my favorite hotel because the location is very strategic, but please change the pillows, they are all very hard so it's hard to sleep, because of Covid I've stayed here twice and the pillows are still hard, even before Covid I often stayed here, let's change the pillows to softer ones

Very Old hotel but charge you THB 2000 per stay while others hotel only THB 1000. Best part is very close to pratunam night market easy to find food and shooping

The first day I felt uncomfortable and a bit scared, but the following nights I felt comfortable and safe 🙏 I stayed for 3 nights, the room was very spacious and suitable for families. The view at night was very beautiful 😍

As soon as you leave the hotel, you can walk straight to Pratunam Street, so you don't have to go far for shopping and culinary delights.
