My child was doing a college tour in Macomb, so I called the property before booking to ask if I could do an extension instead of booking a second night. I was told yes and that I could extend out until 3pm “no problem”. When I arrived, I was told by the front desk personnel that not only could they not accommodate an extension past 1pm, but I couldn’t add a second night due to having a service animal with me and needing to go into a pet room. 😡😡😡

Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Nice feature: lots of potted plants in and around the lobby (inside and outside). Spacious vaulted ceiling over the pool is impressive.

Bed bugs

Close to WIU. Staff are also was nice. Breakfast was good. Good price. Beds were comfy.

Upon checking in the lady at the desk asked why I was staying there, This was after giving my address, which was in a town not far away. Then questioned

This hotel was a present surprise. The property is in nice condition, keep in mind, Quality Inns are not top of the line, but this was among the best I have stayed in. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average and nicely stocked. I will definitely stay there again in the future!

The hot tub next to the pool was covered with plywood. The room remained humid despite cranking the air up and the bathroom fan was broken

The tv and refrigerator are small. No freezer in refrigerator.

Only negative is hot water wasnt always there for showers.

Pet friendly

Staff was friendly, room was good for my dog not a bad place in Macomb.. it’s located outside the hustle and bustle of the college town not to far tho.. 10/10 would stay again :)

Its being rehabbed so property around is dirty with trash thrown about
