So everyone there was very nice the room was okay I mean the bed was comfortable but the cleanliness of it was not the greatest I saw a couple cockroaches but other than that I was okay there honestly I would probably go somewhere else but if it's your last Choice definitely it's comfortable

Tv didn’t work, couch pull out was a disgusting mess of a “mattress”. It was basically a curtain stuffed with a mattress topper and a thin one at that. The lobby and hallway reeked of “that drug”. Elevator was broken. Rooms are old and outdated which usually is ok but these were gross. Sink cracked, shower stained and gross, toilet broken. Just really needs some love. My back is not feeling it today after the pull out couch. And the lack of tv made me bored to tears. Just don’t. Then, the herd of elephants showed up around midnight, stomping until 3 am so loudly the walls were vibrating. Shower leaked constantly. And woah what about that surprise $100 deposit. They didn’t even check the room upon departure. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Was cheap, but wouldn't stay there again. Toilet made a terrible squeaking noise every time it was flushed. The couch bed looked like it was barely hanging on, it had a huge sag/dip.so I had to put my smallest children on it. Only had 2 towels in the room when it was a room for 6 people. Pool was alright. Wasn't able to eat breakfast Saturday morning because the food ran out an hour before closing. Elevator was sketchy and would jerk hard every time it stopped going up. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, blackout curtains.

My air conditioning was leaking all in my room and there was roaches.

Gnats everywhere, dead roaches in the hallway, dogs barking all night long, but staff was nice

You walk in the hotel and it smells SO strong of weed and air freshner. Thankfully, the room just smelled of old funk. The animals barked so loudly, even when walking down the hall. The couch had a huge dip in it, the whole frame was bent. The hideabed sheets were covered in brown gross stuff (far from clean) and the mattress was soooooooo gross. The sweet girl who worked the front desk that evening had a hard time locating clean sheets. The one positive i the sweet young lady who worked the front desk. Unfortunately, the manager kept interrupting her as she was checking us in to gripe about things that were not in her control, which made the check-in process so much longer and uncomfortable. The manager needs to be replaced.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Completely filthy.

Easy check in. Friendly, courteous staff. Room was big and roomy.

Horrible experience. We drove 5 hours to our hotel reservation and when we arrived the front desk told us they were fully booked and turned us away

While the stay itself was great, I did not have a good experience prior to checkout. The cleaning staff went into my room around 10am and proceeded to clean up my items when I had not checked out yet. it is my understanding they are not supposed to go in until the front desk confirms checkout. Well, my mom and I caught the cleaning lady in our room with our pizza box in her hands. She had consolidated our pizzas into one box, and stacked our cupcakes and chocolate boxes all neat in a pile to take to her home. She also threw out our coffee which was in our personal cups and put my nieces and nephews shoes in a pile by the door. She claimed she thought we had already left since we were not inside the room, but we were literally just walking our bags to the car and still had a lot of items in the room. This was very unprofessional and I felt so grossed out having our leftovers touched all over.

The first room they put us in had roaches, so they moved us to a different room…which also had roaches. We didn’t find any roaches in the third room, but the hotel smelled like weed and there were shady characters hanging around outside the building.
