Very clean suites. Exceptionally quiet. Like your the only guest. Breakfast had a very good variety to choose from. Pool area very nice & relaxing.

ES Suites Richardson was dirty, smelly and had fecal matter in the elevator when we arrived. The front door didn’t work, and apparently people live there long term. These tenants treat the place as their own home and disrespect the property by not cleaning up after themselves or their pets.

I love everything about the place.. Absolutely beautiful

There is a kitchen in my room, it is good. Hotel guests are occupying on higher floor and corner rooms, reduced noise. Some hotel guests are long term renters. I am okay with that.

I booked this as the the selection within walking distance of the event I was attending. This would be a great place for a family since it had kitchen and small bar area for eating. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove, full size coffee maker, and dishwasher. Everything was clean and comfortable, but I was only there in the evenings to sleep. The only negative was a stale smell that didn't go away! I would stay here again,

The hotel was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable with the exception of the pull out sofa. The pull out sofa had almost no cushion and a bar running right where your shoulders hit. It is very difficult to sleep on; however, if you do not have need of a pull out sleeper, the 2 room suite is wonderful. The hotel is a little bit rundown, but for the cost, and with cleanliness being most important, this is a good hotel.

Our stay was great. The room was everything that we needed, but there are some ‘buts’: the only way to get ice easily in from your room fridge, but it’s not easy when your ice maker doesn’t work. Also this is a work oriented hotel. We did not get our room serviced because the maid came by at 7:45 AM, presumably after most people go to work, but it was on a Sunday and they never came back; so no service during our stay. We’re pretty tidy people; so not a huge problem for us, but others might really have an issue.
