I love it! It’s one of my favorite hotels to visit. I will definitely be coming back for another stay

VERY upset about not being made aware of the pool being closed. This is the only reason I booked this hotel

Just a sad place that is evidently on a glide path to closing down. It’s obvious they have no budget, ironing board broken and left in pieces, room phone wouldn’t work, shelves bare.

The property was not well maintained. Multiple light switches did not work. There were water stains on the ceiling and the wardrobe smelled of mildew. There were also very few outlets in the room and the ones that were present were loose and plugs would easily fall out. I stayed for multiple nights (5) and did not see nor hear from room service until my last night.

It was a last minute decision to book, literally minutes and the process was seamless. The guest service agents are gems and I slept very soundly! I will stay again.

Staff was friendly and my stay was enjoyable.

We had to get 2 roome at the last minute our A/C went out so it was close and affordable. Nice,clean rooms and the staff was friendly as well will be going back just to get away for a few days

I didn't like having to make a $100 deposit, on a room that needs remodeling. The room phone don't work, had a hard time getting the remote control to turn the TV off and couldn't get the tv on this morning. There's no pad or cover on the ironing board, someone left the iron filled to the max with water. The window needs cleaning.

Affordable stay

TV didn't work, ice machine and vending machine were both broken. The pillows were small and thin. Felt like i had something crawling on me all night.
