I would like just to add one thing the lighting in the rooms is honestly horrible please try to improve that everything else is excellent

Great location central to luxury shopping, the square, and acropolis. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy.

I went there to scope it out for our annual conference that will take place in Athens Greece in 2026. We will have a group of 50 traveling from the US. This hotel is in the perfect location with breathtaking views of the acropolis (higher floors) and Syntagma Square and parliament. You can walk the entire city from there and the metro stop is across the street. Awesome hotel with amazing staff that will go the extra mile for you. Tons of dining options and endless entertainment and shopping down Ermou street and all around. Tons of history everywhere and so much to explore. My favorite hotel in downtown Athens.

We were there only for one night before heading back to the airport.

This is a great place to stay. In the heart of Athens at Syntagma square! Close to many shopping, dinning and acropolis. Great prices and outstanding service. Very clean updated room!

We stayed here 2 nights the hotel room we had did not have any windows. The staff seemed friendly but not helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a nail salon they sent us somewhere where they used plastic tubs and the techs were holding our feet on their knees. The checkout is at 11am. At 9am someone entered our room. We were still asleep and we got startled. When we mentioned something to the front desk they brushed it off by sayjng sorry about that. Although this place is in the middle of everything I would not recomand staying here

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff, particularly the two front desk guys at night. Excellent location, right on the square. Great view from the room. Two complaints, but the good way outweighed the bad: 1. The concierge made two mistakes in our tour bookings. One was mistakenly cancelled, so we had to scramble that morning to recreate the day. It all worked out. And the second was booking us at the wrong beach day resort. 2. The “VIP amenity” was 20% off room service. Apparently we were supposed to present the card when ordering but our kids didn’t. They wouldn’t just adjust it at checkout. Tiny thing, but seemed like an easy thing they could have done. We didn’t do what we were supposed to, but them fixing it would have been the kind of nice touch that leaves you with a nice feeling about the place. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great location of the hotel downtown which is always busy.. walkable places and historic sites very nearby. Staff was great!
