Nice place to stay!!

Decent hotel, good location, but a bit old.

The hotel is ok. It is not new anymore, which you can also tell. But it is clean, staff is friendly, parking is easy, and the location is safe.

No bar and no restaurant open! Strange hotel, clearly not looking to attract guests

Average hotel. Parking in front of hotel is free but need to change a manual clock twice a day I. The evening from 5 to 11 pm as it’s a public free parking. Sauna is 5 euros and is a very average sauna. No slippers provided in the room to use sauna. Croatian restaurant besides the hotel was closed but a Greek restaurant nearby names creta is good. All in all nothing special. Just an average room to sleep. For some reason there is a mention of a gym on hotels.com but there is no fitness facility and the receptionist mentioned that there never was a gym at the property. Covid test or a vaccine certification is asked at the reception during checkin

Staff very nice and rooms are ok for a short stay. Some things didn’t work and I was moved to a different room. Good for the price.

Great location, good service. Very friendly and good breakfast. Super balkan restaurant right next door. Good parking and wifi. Loved the pool and sauna.

Reasonable price and very clean. This is my third time staying there. It seems like that they have remodeled the bathroom. I’m satisfied every thing there.

Great place. Receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed the nice 30 minute walk to the Old Town as well-- past the citadel. Really happy about our stay! :)

We enjoyed our stay and the receptionist was very helpful and provided us with information regarding local facilities and transport.We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast provided but we did initially have concerns about aircraft noise with planes flying into Frankfurt but it did not affect our sleep.

Room was decent and breakfast was good

We wanted to spend a few days exploring the ancient city of Mainz and this hotel was close enough to the centre to make the drive in easy. We appreciated that it was in a fairly old suburb, with narrow streets and many trees, and not too much traffic. We spent three days exploring Mainz and saw the old Cathedral, the Gutenberg Museum, the Chagall windows at St Stephan's, the Roman ruins under the city, and a vibrant market. Parking in the downtown area was easy at Am Brand, an enormous parking lot underneath a shopping centre (check out the shoes!!) within easy walking distance of some of the oldest sites, which date back to pre-Roman times. Add in local wines and beer and you have the perfect holiday location! Half an hour from Frankfurt Airport and within easy reach of the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Middle Rhine Valley.

Only issue with hotel is that I could hear people in adjoining room.
