First room I was given had a broken toilet seat and the TV didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes to check in even though there were two persons working the desk. One was working and the other was just ignoring everyone. They also spoke in their native tongue to each other which seemed unusual and unreasonable.

Room had clearly not been cleaned before we checked in, as evidenced by dirty sheets, mold in drawer, trash in the trashcan, etc. Had to fight for over two hours to get moved to a clean room.

The staff were very un professional they did not communicate within each other the front desk person let a complete stranger check me out of my room and gave them my deposit all while i was at work when i got back to the room i couldn't get in my door was locked and they refused me any service i never received any of my belongings back which was top dollar thing's and centaimal belongings to me i definitely took a major lost amd mad abiut my things after all that they called security on me while i was on the phone with thier cooperate trying to see what could be done and how we could get things fixed they threatened to taz me and mace if i didn't get off the phone and walk out their property then they threatened to call the poilce on me for not cooperating and asking questions for my concerns of my reservations and belongings needless to say i never got the help the answers or my belongings nor my 150 deposit and refund for that day even after i left their building thry had their security driving around me following me harrasing me and etc... i woukd never recommended this place to anyone mean whike im in the mist of starting a law suit

Twice during my one night stay hotel staff used their keycard to enter my room while I was in it. The first time was housekeeping (who said to me that she wasn’t told the room was occupied) coming to clean the room. The second time was the front desk clerk and security guard coming in to look for an item the previous occupant left behind. If the room had been cleaned prior to my check in why was housekeeping coming in to clean it and why is someone coming in to get an item that was left behind? Also, the only security camera I saw on the property was in the stairwell above a very poorly cleaned large what I can only assume blood stain. You definitely get what you pay for with this property. Also, they advertise that they have transportation to the airport but I was initially told they were having maintenance issues with their shuttle. Later on I was told it was an issue with the pick up/drop off at the airport. I understand that things happen but make sure you get your stories straight if you are going to lie to guests or just stop advertising shuttle service.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures , you can tell the hotel is old . Staff has limited towels , Pool was very dirty , a lot of homeless people around the hotel , also if you spill something and use s towel to clean it they will charge you an extra $30 for “dirty towel fees” which they never told me during check in or online , ill rate my stay a 2 star .

Staff let themselves into our room no knock, no warning, also got hurt at 6pm. Still don’t know who it even was but they had a key to my room. Front desk didn’t do anything. Didn’t offer anything. Breaks fast is also DISGUSTING. Just don’t waste your money.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. Hot tub was broken that wasn't disclosed in the beginning or on the website. Walls and floors were dirty. Stains on carpet, floors, and curtains. Wi-Fi didn't work. Outlets didn't work. Bed was moist and hard. Pillows lumpy. Phone didn't work. Tape everywhere to "fix things". No ac in halls or elevator. Woke up itchy with big bites. Roach crawled out of the sink. I asked for extra towels as we used ours for the pool because there was no pool towels there; I waited 15 minutes at the desk for towels because the phone was broken. If you stay on the 2nd floor, it'll say the ice machine is on the 1st floor. That machine is out of order, so now you have to go to the 3rd or 4th floor. So now you're spending 15 minutes on a scavenger hunt at 1am looking for ice. I could go on with a novel of how awful this place is. My wife left a review on google, and the owner called me to intimate her to take her review down because it impacts his business.
