Friendly , helpful staff -enjoyable stay

It was very comfortable and room well equipped

The stairs access was very simply lit at night and the neighbours air con and shower was a bit noisy through the night and early morning.

close to eateries and very excellent receptionist couldn't do enough to help us and tell us where to go for eating and shopping and to tell us all about the inn.

Staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. Even though this is a simple hotel, it is very clean and tidy and close to the main shopping and dining precincts in town. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ballina.

We were towing a trailer, this was no problem parking here. They sectioned off some place which we appreciated. The room had all the appointments that you expect. Friendly staff.

The staff were outstanding. Restaurant was excellent too.

The plumbing didn’t work on one of my nights and they moved me to another room. Can hear cars on the road outside the hotel which was annoying. The restaurant wasn’t open except for one night of my stay annd the menu was quite outdated annd overpriced for what they were debi v so I skipped it. Overall, not bad, and fine perhaps for an overnight stay but not for longer. I am not sure I would stay there again. The walk into main shops in River street isn’t “5 minutes” away as sold - it’s more like a good 15 minutes or longer and you have to cross the main roads. Ok maybe in summer but not great in winter.
