Great location. A lot of tramworks in progress so access in/out under temporary setup & new building construction next door beach side. Only 200m from North Burleigh SLSC

The complex is a older style for business it was OK. A recommendion is to replace the old hot water jug cost about $8.00 and have the dooner cover on the bed replaced $40.00. Little things like this make a stay mush more comfortable.

Great location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great local coffee options and very convenient for groceries. Sadly not able to access the Wifi.

reception closed so i left the key in the room when i left and could not exit carpark without the key no emergency exit and was told they would charge me $50.00 to come and open the door to the carpark this is a massive safety hazard

Hotel is in a good location near the beach. Roadwork outside the hotel made it difficult to park. Poor amenities .. no bottled water, no shampoo or conditioner provided. The shower had no space to put soap. The bed was old and saggy.. needs an update.

The hotel itself is excellent, with great service and a wonderful location! However, due to ongoing construction, there were a few unfortunate downsides. Noise started as early as 6:40 a.m. and continued until about 6:00 p.m., and at times I had to wait for construction equipment to clear the way before exiting the parking area. These disruptions were through no fault of the hotel staff, but they did impact the overall experience. Once construction is complete, I imagine the stay will be much more seamless.

On the older side but clean and well furnished unit

It’s a great spot, the room was spacious and comfortable. Having a couple of plates and some cutlery would’ve made it much better! The noise from the road work outside was bearable, with the double glazing. We are definitely going to stay there again.

Lovely place as always

The manager was very helpful on check in and I was impressed that every room had a balcony. Parking was a breeze and I slept in one of the most comfortable bed for a long time. Well done guys. I WILL BE BACK! Billy

I booked two nights at this property. Was shocked at the room - ground floor, dingy, dated, faced the busy road. You couldn’t tell you were beside the ocean. After taking a walk on the esplanade, my daughter and I returned to check out and find another location. Luckily able to find another last minute option for our stay. Individual at the desk seemed put off we were leaving. No refund offered. Also seems like property is also a long term stay/apartment. Back yard overlooked construction site and pool and area less than inviting. Subsequent email with property to outline my concerns and to request a refund was responded with saying there were other rooms available (not offered) and blamed construction and weather impacts (neither under their or my control). Note: I had already posted a review - went to look for it but seems to have been removed. If you do choose to book, recco you look at assigned room before paying/committing.
