The place is more for voucher people that don’t have a place to stay. They even charge you 2 dóllars for each clean towel.No toiletries, don’t clean your room.

Bad service

Staff was very accommodating when I was past the time limit to check in because of travel issues. Was too tired to notice anything else except to sleep.

Found mold in room and bathroom leaking water

My stay was fine. The room was overall clean but the holes in the carpet and in the chair were a turnoff. The funiture was ok but it will need to be replaced soon. The dents in the fridge were a trun off as well.

The room was in really bad condition

Very few amenities. Nothing for breakfast and they charge extra for a lot of things. Room was rough around the edges but quite clean. Beds were too hard for my liking. The price was good and walkable to Truist Park.

Found bugs in the bathroom. Overall not in good condition

Place did not let me in the room, paid for it and I guess sleeping 2 hours in a car was worth the $128.

We were able to get a room at the last minute through Expedia. The front desk staff was great and accommodating. Property was convenient to restaurants and the Truist center which is why we were there for a concert.
