The room is not good

Very old rooms, charge for king but it’s a queen beds, NO amenities in rooms, no kettle, no fridge , no WATER no nothing.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel and it’s very old. No amenities what so ever in the room. They charge you for a king size and it’s a queen size.

Staff spoke excellent English. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was a pain to access with the card as it seemed to be very temperamental. Parking was fine, as a larger van we had to park in the outdoor car park, but our room key opened gate. Pool was nice if not a little cold.

The room was really outdated. There was a very uncomfortable "murphy" bed

Staff were efficient and helpful.

The staff at the front desk were amazing and so helpful. I can't say enough about what a delight they all were.

Room was very warm and smelled a little funny.

Great stylish hotel with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast offered a good variety.

The hotel is nice and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was very disappointed with the following: - No wifi - No room cleaning - No air conditioning - TV in the room is not smart

Very clean and breakfast buffet was great!

We stayed almost 3 weeks over Christmas and new year's. We liked: the breakfast buffet was amazing, almost like a traditional Swedish Christmas buffet. Room was nice, didn't hear the neighbors much + comfy beds. Front desk staff + the lady that cleaned was very nice and helpful. We didn't like: the breakfast buffet was very crowded some of the days around the holidays (despite the booking system) it was like eating in a school cafeteria with almost more children than adults (and many of them coughing, screaming or running around). Pillows were not great, we asked for additional and that helped a little. The dinner buffet was really bad, would definitely not recommend! This is not the place to stay unless you have a car and are planning to drive it wherever you are going. Location was great for us but if you plan on spending most of the time downtown Gothenburg you are better off staying there. Also note that from January 2022 they now charge 100SEK per night to park in the garage. You can park outside for free (on the garage roof unless you have an oversized vehicle) but that lot is shared with a car rental place and fills up quick when the hotel is busy. We booked specifically for the free garage parking but couldn't use it for the last week since they suddenly changed the rules.

Mysigt hotell med fantastisk frukost, bra parkering och trevlig personal. Bra att gjort två bufféer och utökad frukosttid. Kändes som man kunde äta i lugn och ro. Sköna sängar.

Great buffet breakfast and pool, good family hotel, although noisy (due to location) and no aircondition

Receptionen var inte så trevligt och det kostar 20 kronor för en slätt kopp kaffe. Jag tycker det är väl snål. Rummet var inte så fräsch och alldeles för varmt. Det gick inte sova.

I have been to several Scandic hotels. They all were quite satisfying. My only complaint this time, is that the pool was fully booked so we could use it. Also the cleanliness of the room was not the best.

The hotel is clean but looking a little tired. Breakast is good and the staff are polite and attentive.

Friendly staff, long trip with children who were looking forward to the pool (Adults the sauna). Both were closed. Booked the hotel based on a pool. Comfortable but had to switch rooms bc tv didn’t work.

A perfectly located hotel on the way to Norway. Large functional room with spatious bathroom. On premise (roof) gratis perking with card access. Veried continental breakfast with all the vlassics and more.
