Hotel was ok. Our shower leaked pretty bad and the bathroom door had expanded due to moisture so difficult to open/close. I did advise the staff

Clean rooms/ hotel. convenient to our destination to TCU. Our biggest negative was the inconvenience of the restaurant closures.

Hot water was not working in our room. We ended up changing rooms but only after 3:30 hrs of waiting on them. They gave us free breakfast to compensate, but it could have been fixed sooner and easier.

Not bad but the room was more of a three star hotel than four star

Walked into my room for the first time, and it was a mess had to switch rooms. Towels and bed had other peoples hair on them. People running the hotel through the night, load and hitting people’s doors through the night. Looks great from the outside but not worth the $$$ to stay there.

Staff and place was great, definitely gotta uber everywhere, they only had breakfast and dinner which is cool, had a blast and had a good gym

The facility was very clean and for the most part staff was really good. Had trouble getting necessary items when I chose to not have housekeeping. Called and asked twice and asked at the front desk and never received additional toilet paper or towels as requested. The area isn’t the greatest but the hotel was safe.

the hotel lobby is impressive (very well decorated, like the pictures) but the rooms are old, with cracks in the mirror, old restrooms, water leaks in the shower, on top of that they charged for parking the car outside the hotel $15 per day and the breakfast included, they asked for tip for the breakfast.
