Amazing hotel + the service so helpful

The hotel is very good, both the location, food and service.

They didn't bring all our luggage straight to the room after we check in

For the price the room and bathroom is dated. Hotel also not disabled and kids friendly.

We had a pleasant stay at the Langham. The staff was very friendly, rooms are spacious enough, and the location was just too perfect. Very easy to get a taxi, Uber, and even MTR.

The property was old and not very well maintain. Service was bad, we didn't get one of our room until 4.30pm and we purchased voucher with breakfast but was told it was without breakfast but this was rectify after I complained. Overall, it is overpriced property (maybe because of the location) for what you get.

In ordering 2 rooms, the receptionist gives 4 rooms and we have to pay for 4 rooms, not pleasant.

The hotel is clean, hospitality at best, housekeeping is very helpful they are willing to give you extra water for your daily needs. Very near to shopping centre and MRT. Hotel Facilities are best except for the breakfast, was not as good as boasted. Don’t include breakfast in your hotel itinerary. We will definitely go back to stay in this hotel for next Hong Kong trip.

The hotel has very excellent service and super nice staff. The ambience and the room are also very lovely.
