I had a very great experience. The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. You actually saw hotel staff cleaning. Also it was quiet the breakfast was good.

When we arrived at night, our shower was not working properly. We decided to wait to mention it to the front desk because of the time. The maintenance technician was able to fix our shower within the time it took for use to eat breakfast. Just had to wait an hour for caulk to set. I was very happy with the effectiveness of them to fix the issue. Other than that: Room was great. Breakfast was good. Location was very close to downtown.

Everything was nice

Season went above and beyond to help us. The facility is nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was absolutely awesome. Great with my younger child. The continental breakfast was best I've had anywhere else. Only negative I can come up with are that the door in the room I had was ridiculously hard to open. But all in all I would definitely recommend this place. It's clean, again the staff, the food and even the parking lot is kept up. If only it has a pool...

Check in took forever, tv and refrigerator didn’t work and they never fixed either one.

Friendly helpful front desk staff. She helped us find a great place to eat. Only problem was there were 17 people trying to check in but the manager came out and not only didn’t help, she made one of the girls leave the front desk to “talk about the work schedule” So she left 1 girl in charge of all 17 guests.

The shower had blood spots and body hair on it. The bed linen had body hair on it, and so did 2 of the towels.

Just ok

It was easy check in however I was not aware we needed a deposit after the bill was taking care with reservation. It would have been nice to have known. Great customer service

There were 17 people waiting to check in and there were 2 ladies working the front desk. They were doing the best they could to get everyone checked in. Then the manager came out and made one of them leave the desk so they could talk about scheduling. Even knowing there were literally 17 people waiting to check in. Other than that everything was pretty much as expected. Clean and comfortable
