No Otis Spunkmyer cookies. Every Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at had them in the evening.

I was in room 412 and this morning as I was getting ready I seen roaches in the bathroom and the bed was so hard did not sleep good

Rooms are clean and spacious enough, bathrooms are clean. No water provided Breakfast is ok, not great. Parking is congested and difficult to drive

There was no drinking water in the room.the sink was clogged.The room was not clean.The towels were old.And there was astrange

The grassy area was not clean. There was some broken glass in the area.

Front Desk personnel questionable. Stay good enough.

The breakfast was great. I didn’t like that the hotel was full so breakfast just busy. However it wasn’t the hotels fault. The room was clean, bathroom clean - nothing to even complain about there 😊 it said walk to falls, we drove cause a walk was a little far. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Good bed.

Room was very spacious but had to get an accessible room didn’t have anything else available with king bed. Parking lot was tight area and limited. Beds was comfortable location is close to the falls
