It's a clean, safe budget hotel located within walking distance of what's currently the end of the line for light rail. A little tricky finding it but being off the road was great for car noise. It was fine for going to a football game although you are crossing the busiest intersection in Lynnwood to get to the station or drive south on the freeway. Right next to an Ezell's Chicken!

I was beyond disappointed with how uncomfortable the beds were. My son wasn’t able to sleep well and there was the loudest banging from the floor above throughout the whole night. You could hear everything happening and it didn’t let me or my family sleep at all both nights

Great place to stay. Nothing fancy, but great for the price.

If a hotel is offering a "breakfast included booking rate", I believe it should include more than just toast and coffee!

I would rate them totally good. Good staff, good cleaning, good facility. Two negative points: No TV cable in the room. Breakfast service was not good. If you go late for breakfast, everything will be out as they are not doing refill.

The Inn was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the area, it is a very good value. The amenities (like bath soap) were a little short, but more could be had just for asking. It is back off the road a bit and was quiet, but still in an urban area with close access to restaurants and other services.

It was really convenient for transit system and dining.

Nice and quiet. There were at least 10 restaurants near the hotel.

We ate at a wonderful Indian restaurant just around the corner. Breakfast was not quite the best, as they were out of coffee, yougart, and bagels just as we were finishing with many more people coming in. I’m sure they fixed it, but frustrating.

Room was a surprise by looking at the outside wasn't expecting much but the room was Great and the bed was super comfortable. TV was strange, well not the tv itself but the service had to log in to our own tv provider in order to watch it.

It was nice a quiet, away from street sounds
