We checked out after 1 night. I have to say the staff was amazing and helpful. We had an issue the hotel and hotels.com took care of immediately! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

The staff was always professional, cheerful and willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast items were always fresh and the selection varied day to day. The coffee was always available, fresh and hot. There was a large grass area for dogs around back with easy access through any one of three doors. At each door was a plastic bag holder in case you forgot your own. I liked the place so much I extended my stay and it was no problem for the staff. Thank you!

The rooms look like an apartment which I wasn't expecting. Nice to have full appliances. The Ability to cook at the hotel saves you a ton of money on top of the affordable rates! Def a recommendation.

The staff was great ! Given what they had to work with ! The problem is cutting back in the already limited breakfast options - When we last stayed there were hard cooked eggs, fresh vegetables ( spinach and such) a microwave and more egg and meat options- those are now all gone Some days there were only small plates, some days no 2%, half and half I understand cutting back, but this was totally unacceptable We’ll not be back ,

The front desk staff were awesome. My complaints are the property needs to be remodeled. The curtains had holes in them, and the carpet in the closet was coming up and there were more cosmetic issues. Also, the TV's were old and often didn't work in the front room. The Internet sucked, and we did not know to ask for our room to be cleaned everyday. Breakfast needs improvement.

I really loved the ambiance, it was perfect, for an exceptional stay. Breakfast was on time and very appetizing and the room was clean, very spacious, and peaceful for our two night stay. Thank you for the comfort and see you next year.

All staff was extremely kind and helpful, very attentive. Room was overall clean, the toilet paper holder was broken.

Room was alright, very dated, but relatively clean. But the pool was open, even though it hadn't been treated with chlorine in ages. It was covered in algae, had tons of bugs and leaves, and was generally unusable since it was so filthy.

The check in process was beyond easy and I was given a welcome goody bag with a bottle of water and some snacks. The room was comfortable and the AC was super cold, which with the humidity in Austin, was a must! I didn't feel like my dead bolt worked but I latched the door and a chair was put under the door handle. We were full house with state UIL competition going on and hotels were booked like crazy. Could be the reason the room was on the pricey side??

Overall condition of the property is substandard

Room had backed up pipes. I stayed for a week. Mid way through dishwasher backed up. Room had sewage smell. Could not get them to fix. Last day offered to change rooms. But then it was to late in the afternoon. Had to close off the living room area to keep smell out. Living room tv did not work. Had to stay elsewhere one of the nights because could not cook dinner with the smell. Will not be returning.

Room common area furniture was old and uncomfortable. Advertise a fireplace but have been turned off and do not work. Housekeeping and front desk were wonderful.

The only complaint I have is that the room had a foul smell to it .

Staff are very nice and the cleaning crew keeps the property clean. Overall the property needs a redo as it looks run down and old. I wasn’t expecting this for a Marriott property more in budget motels

Nite time Manager from 12/18 till 12/24 was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful.
