All great except restaurant and bar closed despite advertising.

Great A/C - big room - no microwave just a frig - weird casegood design … modern Marriott?? Bathtub stopper didn’t work but my sister said to NOT take a bath in a hotel (germs)

The pool at the Courtyard Marriot was way too crowded and my family was not able to use the pool due to the mass amount of people using it. The pool at the Residence Inn next door was closed and their guests had access to our pool. This was very disappointing considering it was over 110 degrees. Wish I had been told of this prior to our stay.

To noisy door slammed during the night

there was blood stain in the mattress sheets. staffed helped out by changing the sheets. pool water all over the elevator. one person working the breakfast area takes forever to get your order. cooler snacks and drinks were never restocked. friendly staff.

Not enough food options in the area.

The location and area was good. The room was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the wall are very thin. You could hear everything especially from outside.

This experience wasn’t the best experience I have had at a hotel. We were located in a very hot town. The one thing we were looking forward to was the pool. We weren’t unable to use the pool because the pool was so over crowded. We couldn’t understand why. When I say over crowded I mean we didn’t even have a place to sit. Now while waiting to try and get in the pool we saw people coming from the back gate. When asked we were told they weren’t staying at our hotel they were staying at another hotel but they were able to use the pool because their pool didn’t work. When brought up to management they said there was nothing that could be done because they were a sister hotel. I didn’t feel that was fair at all. Pool was closed at 9 so there was no time to ever get in.

Refrigerator did not work in room 269. Milk went bad and ice cream melted. Pool in other side did not work so everyone came to our pool.

No bar or dj at pool and no bar or bistro in lobby as stated. Bathroom bathing area outdated and closet area outdated.

it was good. we were only in town for 2 nights so it was fine. the lobby is really pretty and the room was nice. some of the things in the room could use some updating/fixing but overall it was a pleasant experience. a nice, budget friendly stay for sure
