We were elated to find a suite with 2 sets of bunk beds overlooking the pool with room for a family. Arrived and pool was closed. Hotel was dirty in halls and areas surrounding hotel. Large security presence in entrance and on each floor made the children uneasy.

The hallway smelt like stale smoke... it was disgusting. But the room was okay.

The room was large and nice. Bed was a little hard. My complaint is about the bathroom and the noise. We are seniors and the toilet was so low it was a challenge for us, but the shower was nice with a handrail. There were people and children running in the hallway and banging doors until 1:30 in the morning The cleaning lady went above and beyond though to help with our comfort. Very nice!

Hotel restaurant closes at 2 pm??? But pool is great. Shower sorta worked. A decent hotel, less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Was clean and nice. Even tho the fire alarm was pulled by some kid from the fires.

People hanging around the entrance in groups smoking, lots of butts on the ground, ashtrays provided but not being used, speaks to the quality of their clientele not the hotel

Noisy after midnight with children running in halls.light coming in from around the door from hallway light. Door seal should be installed would help with noise and light

Met the worst ever receptionist at the hotel, the bar staff were great The room was very nice and clean, but I can’t stress how rude and not helpful the receptionist was at the front desk.

It had been quite a few years since I had stayed at this hotel but it certainly is not the hotel it once was. Our check in was fine. Quick and staff seemed friendly enough. Once you get past the lobby is when things go downhill. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very dingy looking.

Very good for price

Good location, our room was extremely noisy due to being right beside a compressor or pump or something. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. Do not recommend room 417
