This property is clearly dated. The rooms have been updated about 3-5 years ago. The courtyard outside the window was very dirty and unkept. I understand the front gate security have a job to do, however, both times I left the property I was treated very poorly on my return. I had to ask 2 times to receive the VIP benefit and 2 times my room key stopped working. The beds are very comfortable and the airport shuttle is great. The drivers are excellent and know exactly where to drop you off for your airline. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly. Overall, this property was OK and lots of opportunities to become great.

The room service brought us the wrong order twice and forgot to bring another item. Food was subpar but other than that I would go again.

The room is too smal but it's ok for 1 night. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Really nice people

Beautiful hotel! Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. The staff is very friendly. The buffet beyond delicious!!! They have hourly shuttles. I didn’t get a chance to get into the pool but that was also beautiful!

It was a great hotel for a quick stop in Mexico city

Great location. Had trouble contacting the hotel and figuring out the transportation pick up from airport. I tried calling hotel multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. Super frustrating! Finally figured out that they have an office between exits 3 and 4. Other than that the hotel was great, restaurant okay. We rested up before we caught our early flight home. Don’t forget to reserve your transportation to airport for your departure.

Around 1.30pm we reached hotel and We have ordered one fruit salad in the hotel itself and they delivered double. We paid for double without noticing and then we informed immediately to take back that additional thing and refund the amount as we ordered only one plate salad . They told they will come and take it. But they didn't and we have not touched that and was waiting for someone to take that back till 1.30am midnight. next day when we informed the receptionist about this, they told that, you crossed one day and we can't take back and we don't refund. This is very bad, we informed immediately to take back and refund, but they are cheating.

Good shuttle service and nice staff

I love the buffet breakfast. It was supposed to be free but I have to paid half for my son. Didn’t mind since all the options were really good.

The hotel offers nice costumer service unfortunately, the room had very poor conditions. The wooden floors were falling apart, I almost fell, this is not safe. TV control not working. It only provided two towels when were were 3 guests. The guest rooms definitely need renovation. We appreciated the shuttle service to the hotel.
