Yo nunca me tomo el tiempo de dejar comentarios, pero en esta ocasión es muy necesario, estuvimos en el hotel mis hermanas con sus esposos y yo y mi esposo nos pusieron en el piso número 4 y al parecer ese piso no lo usan mucho pues uno de los cuartos estaban mojada la alfombra en el baño estaba cerrada la llave de escusado y todo sucio el baño y el cuarto apestaba a húmedo en conclusión todo ese piso estaba sucio.

Todo estuvo excelente, el buffet puede ser mejor pero no estuvo mal, y mi regadera estaba un poco estancada pero todo sin problemas

La ubicación es excelente, la limpieza es buena, habitaciones cómodas, solo deberían de configurar las llaves para poder bajar al estacionamiento de forma directa.

Room was not up to the hotel standards. Was dusty, sheets with old rips and marks. Shower looked dirty and water would change from hot to cold all of sudden. AC smelled bad when turned on.

staff always had a smile and looked happy I’ve stayed in other hotels that the front desk staff look mean and looking to increase room price ( room upgrades) .. I will recommend this location to friends and family..

Afortunadamente me tocó una de las habitaciones de las nuevas o remodeladas inclusive todavía olía a madera recién cortada. La ropa de cama estaba muy limpia y la cama muy a gusto para dormir. Por el precio está bastante bueno. Me gustó mucho el gimnasio también porque aunque tiene poquitos aparatos pero se pueden hacer todos los ejercicios ya que tienen barras olímpicas, discos y y mancuernas. Las personas de la recepción y del restaurante también muy atentas

El hotel está muy viejo, le falta mucho mantenimiento, las alfombras huelen a humedad, los baños están sucios. En general pésima estadía, además de que el precio es muy alto para la calidad ofrecida

El hotel está bien, pero solo para llegar a dormir. Las instalaciones se ven un poco anticuadas pero limpias.

The property is in need of an update as some of the wear and tear is showing but it would not keep me from returning. I'd recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The staff was welcoming. Easy check in and out. The room was clean but bathroom was old and outdated. The bathtub seemed like it was just patched and maybe was going to be resurfaced? I’m not sure if the bathroom had just been reconfigured but we had a drain in between the tube and the toilet, it didn’t make sense. Parking lot was a mess. No stalls marked and pillars were everywhere making it hard to betting in/out of parking space.
