Small and quiet

Liked Balcony, rooms were small and no extra's. But would stay again.

The staff was super friendly, very conscientious about taking care and meeting all our needs! Room was super clean and updated since our last stay! Breakfast was good lots of choices, beds are super comfortable and facility was quiet. Would highly recommend anyone to stay!

The front desk people were superb: fast, friendly, and efficient.

Bed was very comfortable, Liked having nightstands on both sides of bed. Lots of electrical outlets. Built on hillside so parking was wonky; had steps down to main entrance but ramp on the end. Needed Walgreens run and found 24-hour one close. Friendly staff. Drawbacks: Hard to find in the dark. Lit sign would have helped. Fridge needed defrosting, was so frozen over the door would not close. No protein, just carbs for breakfast. No wifi when we were there (working on it). A bit rustic, not upgraded. Constant fan on AC/heater shut off shortly. A bit of chemical smell to room.

Our stay was excellent. The food, service, hygiene, Breakfast. Everything was perfect. All our special requests were fulfilled nicely. "TY" at the reception desk was very polite and made every effort to make our stay memorable. Excellent experience

-If you’re not going to service anything but bread options for breakfast then you need to make sure your toaster works. -For being on the third floor the toilet is weak flushing.

Bed was a rock. Breakfast was a good selection including things for gluten free traveler. Stairs to get into building and down to our room.

The fridge had been turned off and was full of water from the freezer, the shower did not drain well, and the door got stuck when closing.

Nice quiet place to stay.

GPS had trouble finding it..Not their fault. We had picked a restaurant that was about 1/2 mile away , but very easy to get to and back

The pool area and the bedroom doors off the poor area need cleaning and painting. The beds, breakfast, customer service and cleanliness of bedrooms was great. There are no elevators and their are steps to get to breakfast and pool.

The fan in the bathroom was not working properly and no housekeeping on staff to get basic needs. Trip on the floor coming in, the whole hotel is inconvenient. Fitness center was also out of order. Front desk staff did not communicate that.

Could hear the neighbor's TV at 8:00 am. Many of the breakfast choices were gone by 8:30 am. Long walk to park when I returned from dinner.

Breakfast area was extremely crowded. Large cost for low budget hotel.

Not ADA compliant. Steep steps to check in. Handicapped ramp is actually a service ramp. No elevator. Had to navigate steps with all my luggage and mobility issues They don’t clean your room for a 4 day stay but I negotiated cleaning it myself. Employee went in room when I had Do Not Disturb sign out. Management seems to not care about level of service and this seemed to be a 2 star hotel amenity-wise. Former Red Roof Inn but licensed Windham name and charged 4 star prices for a two star experience and please do not book if you need an elevator or might prefer not to lug your luggage up stairs. Too many stairs between room and front desk and breakfast. Limitations on cleaning and ADA accessibility not disclosed on website. Claim there is a handicapped ramp and it clearly is not. Seemed to be ok for a bunch of young kids on sports teams. Staff were doing the best they could. They were kind and helpful but they are working in a difficult situation. Owners/management please hire more than one cleaning staff and disclose the limitations of the hotel especially with regard to those with mobility issues. Poor value for approximately $160/night

Sink cloged with gross hair.

There was black mold in the bathroom. We had to keep the door shut at all times fearing for our child’s health along with our own.
