The best part was the check in staff. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. I was upset to see how deteriorated this hotel has become. I actually hyped the place up to our guest we invited. We had stayed a few years back. As you walk in you get the worst impression. The whole lobby has old, dirty seats and chairs. One of my rooms smelt like it hadn’t been dusted in a few days. No air was circulating so it made the smell worse. The blankets in the room look like they are old and not washed. The breakfast options were amazing. Made to order omelets is the whole reason my 12 year old begged us to return to. Unfortunately this wonderful option was shattered by the way the lady at the breakfast line treated us. You can clearly tell she hates her job or is annoyed by people. My 12 year old quickly picked up her poor attitude towards us when all we were asking was a question that yes I’m sure she gets asked a million times. No need to be rude. I was clearly told there is two signs that state this. I was practically told I was stupid. My bad for asking the question. However, The lady cooking up the omelette deserves a raise she is wonderful. She should get all the credit. She had a smile on her face and you could tell her attitude was way different than the first gal. I’m sadden to say I will never give my money to this place. Corporate step up your game for what you charge and for the name you carry look to change this place up. People deserve better

Train runs all night not far away, maybe 100 yards. Very much a 40 year old hotel. Needs paint, carpet, better bathroom ventilation. Hot water didnt work after about 2 hours the next morning. I dont mean ran out, i mean it wouldnt run. Staff were all nice. Food 4 stars, had dinner and breakfast. Solid and decent variety. Happy hour is nice, especially for free!

This hotel is extremely dated and not clean. The staff was pleasant but expected so much more from the property, as it is a Hilton property. Kind of disappointing

We were in the area for a soccer tournament, the hotel was very close to the fields, so this was nice. The facility is extremely outdated and needs a face lift badly. The furniture in the lobby is GROSS and should be tossed immediately. There was mildew all over the shower. The breakfast was decent. My family had a good stay, but likely will not stay here again.

Stay was good, but wish i knew there were different soccer team kids staying there!! Kids were running around everywhere even during reception hour kids all over the place. Was not able to use pool because it was full of kids and probably 1 or 2 adults

Didn't like that the womens toilet in the atrium area had a ring around the bowl. Also, the towel rack in the bathroom was pulling put of the wall on one side. We did enjoy the complementary drinks and snacks before 7 pm. We also enjoyed the included breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel.

When hosting several teams at your hotel, train your employees on how to handle that’s situation. The employees were acting like they had never dealt with kids before.

My room was very dirty and smelled of musty. I let the front desk know, but they didn't solve anything for me. The bathroom was very dirty, the refrigerator was dirty with cinnamon sticks inside. I took several photos, there was dust where the TV was. The air conditioning didn't work properly, it was terrible. I won't return to that hotel. What solution can I have with this unpleasant moment?

Top sheet was dirty, that was my only concern.
