Room was really dusty and generally worn down. The restraunt staff was rude everyday at breakfast. Positives: great location & friendly front desk staff.

Staff was accommodating for my vehicle in terms of parking. Walkable to lake front for coffee/view before continuing on my road trip. Very comfortable/clean room which was REAL welcome after 12 hour drive.

Room was clean & spacious, loved the free cookies upon arrival. The use of the complementary shuttle was convenient & saved us a lot of walking, although because we got two different drivers we noticed one was definitely nicer than the other & was willing to take us a bit farther. Stay was great and definitely worth the price!

Reception staff were fabulous! Entrance and elevators were clean. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure. Cons: the light above the sink didn’t work. The toilet was the loudest I’ve ever heard! Not ideal late at night or early in the morning.

Elevator in parking garage was not working the entire stay yet they charged full $30 rate for parking. Bfast buffet was not good quality. No omeletes on Sunday...they said because of a sporting event. Food options at sports bar on Sunday were 4 items. Carpet has tons of stains throughout. Windows dirty. Wall paper in bathroom discolored and gross. Bed was uncomfortable. Don't stay here if you can avoid it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, but an older property that could use an update

It was a very bad experience. I was on the 7th floor and there was a really nasty smell as soon as you step out of the elevator. Bed sheets weren’t clean and had stains and one of the beds was squeaking every time I move.

The price was a bit high for a 3star hotel

Room nice & clean. Breakfast eggs & toast cold, bacon tuff, when served. Buffet was picked over & cold.

Extremely unclean. The lobby was the cleanest and that’s saying a lot considers the 100’s to 1000’s of bugs in and outside the hotel. I understand it’s by a lake and this is the time of year but there is always something that can be done. The elevator from the garage was broken but after looking at more reviews apparently it’s been broken for a while now! The bathroom in the room was soooo filthy. Words can’t explain how disappointed we were with our rooms.

This hotel was perfect. Other then getting into the city we were able to park in the parking garage and uber or use their shuttle or walk where we needed to go. Great location, safe area of the city, highly recommend
