This place has been renovated recently. It's super clean, no bugs! Quiet, even though there are 2 other hotels in the same lot, it has been very quiet. We've been staying here for about 3 weeks now. Have had no problems. Love the kitchen, however you need your own pots and pans. They don't have any in the office. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove top and full size fridge! This is a great stay especially for the price and much better than the other 4 motels around it. We also have dogs, they do allow dogs. There is a pet deposit and pet rent. But the owner is pretty good about the rent, just be honest with them about your dogs. Ours are also trained and well behaved so they don't tear things up. Which helps! It's family run, which is cool. They are all here on the property which makes things convenient. All though we haven't had any issues since we have been here. Definitely recommend!!

My car was hit by someone that was staying there i have a bad paint mark

There's mold in the rooms.They aren't releasing my money.That I paid for 2 nights.And I did not stay because it was so moldy.It burnt my eyes

Peter the man working in front counter absolute creep offered me forty dollars for sex after I told him we wouldn’t be staying the night cause I couldn’t afford the 75$ a day fee. He told me the day before that I needed to communicate with him about staying another night and should be done in a reasonable time he also told me he was flirting with me, came into my room and tried to have sex with me.

There were a few things that didn’t work but other than that the room looked decent.

The property was in clean good condition, and th parki g lot well lit. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was firm but comfortable. This was a pleasant stay.

There was bugs in the room, roaches to be exact. People fighting and screaming, the area alone did not feel safe. The service was terrible. The woman in the office was the only person who had good manners and was nice. I would not book again

I had issues the moment i got there. Multiple key problems, the amenities did not work properly. People was fighting in front of my door. I was sexual harassed by the man that check you in. He is Very nosy: The woman that helped me i am going to assume his wife/ she was very nice and sweet. Overall i would not book here again, if i can rate it nothing i would:

Worst stay I've ever had. Did not stay the entire 24 days that I reserved. Checked out halfway through at 13 days. My truck was vandalized and broken into. Parking lot full of trash that was never picked up. Had to keep asking for room service several times before it was finally provided after about a week. Strangers knocked on our room door more than once and that is unacceptable. Did not feel safe there at all. In the process of trying to get our money back.

Manager is the biggest pos ever. Will steal your money

This is overall a nice, clean place to stay with a great value for the money. It's on the opposite side of the freeway as downtown Ft. Worth. There were not many restaurants, stores, etc. near the hotel. But, overall, I'd stay there again as you can't beat the value. Staff were very nice and room was comfortable and clean.

It’s not in a very good area and a little hard to find with the hotels all jammed together. And no pool which sucks . But overall room and beds were nice and comfortable
