The entire stay was excellent! From the shuttle ride, to the staff, everything was great! Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. I will always stay at this hotel when I come to Syracuse!

Check in staff were very kind and fast. Whole hotel and room was very clean. The bed was really uncomfortable and hard in my opinion. We chose this hotel because it had a pool and was disappointed to get here and find out the pool was not available. We were only here for one night and served it's purpose. Would stay again if needed.

Breakfast was great, always something a little different each day! Bed was firm & pillows awesome! Everyone was always willing to help, no matter what it was. Having a shuttle was great!

Excellent 3 night stay. Breakfast was fantastic and all staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool were perfect. Highly recommend.

Everything was great phoned to see about early arrival said the room type we booked wasn’t available yet but they would call when it was ready and it was within about 1/2 hour Food at the restaurant was excellent menu had a smaller selection than advertised on website but great staff and place to eat
