Charged more than was advertised

This motel was a great find! Room, including bathroom, was immaculate, breakfast included hot waffles, and the view was expansive toward the port of Saint John and open ocean. In addition, the staff was so nice, even opening the door for us. This is our new place in the area!

Close to the ferry. Bed comfortable just need the bathrooms cleaned better

Clean, good quiet location, nice breakfast, comfy bed. Wifi weak at times, but otherwise a great stay.

Close to every thing we was doing

Older property with some cosmetic issues, but the staff was very helpful, and the bed was horizontal, so this was good.

The customer service was exceptional and really wanted to help us have a great stay! We would stay there again if necessary.

This place was ok. Few issues are no hot water after guy came to fix twice and breakfast slim pickings( hard boil egg, make your waffle and cereal that’s it. Bed was comfortable. Good for a quick stop only.

Good for the price. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean. Some of the features are quite dated. A few of the lights were not functional, the AC was quite dusty and the small freezer section of the fridge was caked in ice making it hard to use. Arrive early for the free breakfast because we got there at 8am and there was only bread and cereal avaialbe. Check in and check out were both easy and the laundry facilities were efficient.

Poor breakfast

Washroom was very clean. The room walls and doors needed some spot cleaning.. nothing too serious Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view of the harbor is fantastic when its not foggy. The facility exterior is getting some renovations and repairs done so it's only going to be better for the next visit to town. Will stay here again. Solid 8/10

Very disappointed. Price vs quality of accommodation was very lackluster. Would not recommend

No hot water in bathroom evening and morning ,,no plug in bath tub, only 2 face cloths for two guests for 4 days Breakfast (, Hot water for tea none as water Heater tank empty, cereal Dispenser didn't dispense, no attendant in kitchen for breakfast and no instructions. bed was comfortable and looked very clean, no where to hang clothes. We would not stay there again no number on entrance door .

Flexible for Ferry

The staff were very helpful, but I didn't like the fact that we only had 1 pillow each.

The room was no on the same floor as the other rooms. Air conditioner needed to be plugs in and if it was plugged in the frig coffee maker etc could not be plugged in. When i arrived also the frig was not pligged in. The flood light on the roof was directly outside the large window. The stairs to the 2nd floor where there were only 3 doors were not safe. When i asked about the air conditioner i was questioned if i was racist

The fridge in our unit (109) was not clean. Also there was a lot of dirt under and behind the furniture. Other than that, the bathroom and bedding and towels were clean. The view from the back of the motel is beautiful.
