Easy to travel around with the metro and close to so many supermarkets

I really liked this hotel, it was a bit far from center but i still lived how great the staff was alongside the beautiful area around the hotel

Situated in the vibrant Prenzlauer Berg district, the hotel offers easy access to local cafes, restaurants, and unique shops. It was easy to get around using public transport, with a tram stop just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring all that Berlin has to offer. The air conditioning was a welcome feature, However it did not work for us, occasionally we had to open the window to get some air. Breakfast was good, It was a great way to start the day, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options.

Good place to stay, Nice hotel, clean room and correct services. Hotel is well situated for travelling all around Berlin with public transport.

It reminded me of a cheap motel from the 80s, with a lingering aroma of cigarettes, a constant scream of sirens from the road below, staff who would rather you werent there. The carpets were all stained, our bathroom had broken tiles and black mold, our blinds were broken so they didnt shut and hot water changes temperature like a president changes tarrifs. And to top it off the hotel carpark was full so we were recommended to park at the Contipark around the corner who kept our car hostage as all pay machines were broken. Only good thing about our stay was the (additipnal cost) breakfast. We wont be back, and suggest others avoid this place also

Friendly staff and nice location

Nice place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city center yet easy to get there by public transportation. The tram and subway are both very close to the hotel. I took a train to central station and found it was easy and much less expensive to take the tram with my luggage to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to access a gym just across the street at their sister hotel for no extra charge. Really great place to stay if you’re trying to stay on a budget.

Perfect for a family stay ( lounge room), very comfortable beds. Breakfast selection was very good - included in the price. Quick check in. Staff helpful and friendly. Great transport links to central Berlin and other major train stations. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Very clean, well priced accommodation. Near public transportation options and a supermarket too The staff was super- helpful and pleasant! Their breakfast was excellent with “real” food and many many tasty options Was everything that was needed for a trip to Berlin

Property was pretty good and you could even use the pool and sauna at the sister property accross the street

The cleanliness was not sufficient. The bed sheet was very dusty, which triggered my allergies. Additionally, there were no slippers or similar amenities in the room that would allow us to move around comfortably; we had to keep our shoes on the entire time.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

No phones or kettle in rooms with instant coffee or tea! Some consider these basic amenities. Otherwise staff is pleasant, they clean at your request. Location is centrally located.

Good hotel with Perfect connections to public transport

Great property and the staff are super friendly and made us feel so welcome! The only thing is it’s out of the city so need to travel to get to places and there isn’t a lot around but there is a supermarket nearby which is really good. Would definitely stay again!

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located very near the S Bahn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred a safe and tea/coffee facilities in the room but I was only there 2 nights so it wasn't very important. I would definitely stay there again.

It was very good. The hotel is very clean, the room I got was spacious, with a big window with a nice view. The bathroom was well equipped. The lounge areas were nice, they have a cafe in their lobby which I appreciated. Very well connected location wise.

Really good value in an excellent, well kept hotel. Great location for jumping on the public transport too.
