I thought it was a nice hotel. But I stayed at the Hyatt Place next door for 1 night and it was 1/4 of the price and had a nice breakfast. Nice but not as nice as the price.

Reikart House was great, but there’s really not much in Buffalo. Niagara Falls is pretty cool for about 2 or 3 hours.

Customer service top notch Property is beautiful inside and out Room can’t me more welcoming, with every single small touch to make your stay feel like you are on a presidential suite. Fresh cookies and water complimentary (delicious cookies bakes fresh everyday) The rooms are immaculate which is the most important for us. Marble throughout, beautiful rooms, floors, foyer, front desk, decor, everything is perfect

Driving across the United States from Eugene OR to Boston we stopped in Buffalo. This was a great hotel with a superb restaurant. Excellent service and very high end comfortable room. I will be back.

From the beginning, the front desk clerk was professional and friendly. Helpful, concerning dinner plans after our concert. Suggested a few places. Overall, our experience was awesome! Our room was clean and in perfect order. Our mattress was like sleeping on a cloud😆and the pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The bridal party and myself ( mother of the bride) purchased a corner suite with fireplace for my daughter’s wedding night. When they got there at 1:30 in the morning-they were given a standard room with double beds. After complaining they were given a king bed but not anything special. This reservation was done 6 months in advance! After a friend referred this hotel as the best in the area , I am quite disappointed!

It was an excellent short stay

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly! We enjoyed the fresh cookies at check in and enjoyed eating breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The location was convenient off the highway and there were restaurants and stores nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Reikart House Buffalo.

The staff were outstanding. The hotel was elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious. There was not one negative.
