The property was very well positioned to get to most of the main attractions, particularly with it only being a 1 minute walk away from a metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was excellent with a fantastic view of the top of the Empire State Building from our room window.

Loved the location and view from the window. Shame it didn,t have a bar but plenty at the location. Lovely suprise complimentary bottle of wine

My second stay here in just a few weeks-I LOVE this hotel! The staff are amazing-so friendly and kind. Always helpful, will be back again for sure. A great location-you can walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and the hotel is just wonderful.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Manhattan.. there’s restaurants with loads of outdoor seating on the same street as the street is pedestrianised. Checking in takes a few minutes and staff are so nice and welcoming. The rooms are a nice size with tea/coffee and free water. Everywhere in the hotel is extremely clean. The guys in reception are always there to help with any questions/luggage or whatever the need. Anthony & Michael were the two we saw most and they were just so friendly. Will definitely be back

The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Jarvis at the front bell station. The location couldn't have been better. Close to the subway and walking distance to many great Manhattan attractions. The room was beautiful and pristine. It did not have a gym or pool, but we would not have taken time away from the other NYC attractions to use these anyway.

This locations was fabulous as was the service. The rooms were spacious. Some noise at night, but that is because the location is so popular.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, perfect location! I can't wait to stay again. I was a little concerned about parking but the hotel gives you several options for parking garages they are affiliated with. It averaged out to be about $35/day to park in one of the lots near the hotel, with the hotel discount. (Which if you know NYC - that is a deal!)

The hotel is quaint and stylish, all of the staff were polite and professional. And finally, a hotel bathroom with good lighting, a hinged magnifying mirror and a fan!

Was there with 2 adults and 3 children. Had a wonderful room with 2 kings and pull out couch. Nice room. Attentive staff.
