Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The staff was primarily bilingual, offered to help with anything needed, and offered water bottles as part of the service.

Excellent fitness center. The property is rundown, the bathroom is too small for a tall person, I stayed on the 6th floor and the windows were dirt. The desk chair is peeling.

Me and my husband loved staying there! Superb hotel beyond international standards! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous! The pool is amazing and so is the spa. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I only have the best words to describe this place! I hope to stay there when we go back to beautiful Panama!

Nice hotel

The property is in a convenient location. The room is a outdated.There's no quiet hours, there was a loud party at the hotel, lasted until 6:00a. The food at the restaurant is not good and the wait time to get your food is extensive, only to get your food and it's cold. Poor customer service in the Casino , no one could explain process to obtain pay cards or pay methods due to language barriers.

a clean and nice hotel , Lobby area was very nice with some nice shopping places, the rooms need a little update especially the bathroom, the service was excellent friendly and courteous
