Wonderful 4 night stay in a family suite with 4 people. The staff was incredible and responsive to your every needs. The hotel feels like you’re in a vacation home and with private spaces and a secluded location. Close to everything and yet super quiet and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the St Ermin’s again when I return to London in the future!

Hotel lovely, room nice and clean and comfortable. The only negative was the shower very low, and inside a small bath so not suitable for tall or large people and the floorboards very creaky in the room and up above on the next level.

Could not asked for a better place to stay for our six nights in London. Staff was extremely polite, considerate, and helpful during a couple of challenges we faced while being overseas. We will stay here again next time we come to London.

Well located if you want to be near Buckingham palace and Big Ben but the food options aren’t great. Marylbone and adjacent have far more cuisines and restaurants to choose from. The beds were too soft and curved down at the sides so we felt like we were rolling off. Customer service was very lukewarm. Also the shower pressure was abysmal, to the point that we were wondering if there was something wrong with it. However the hotel has historical value (it used to be a WW2 special ops site) and the lobby, terrace and filtered water stations are nice.

The St. Ermin’s is a wonderful property! Will recommend to anyone going to London!

Beautiful older hotel. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The double room was tight for a family of four but we were luckily able to upgrade to a suite after the first night. There was a wait for the new room to be ready (after 5:30pm) which was the only hiccup. Great location, easy walk to Westminster, the London eye, etc and the St James tube stop is right there.

Love the place close to so many places and walkable distance to the train station very well trained staff available to help enjoyed our stay will definitely come back , just the Ac was not great

Beautiful decor in common areas. Room was tight for a family if four. No luggage racks and insufficient space to keep luggage and store personal belongings.

The staff was so friendly and met our every need. This is a beautiful property. We loved all the extras like the wine and entertainment between 5:30-6:30. It was really the best from the friendly staff to the beautiful and clean rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at St. Ermins. Our daughter and her family joined my husband and I for 8 days. The spy package for the kids was a big hit. They loved looking for clues throughout the hotel. Every staff member we meet was graciuos and helpful. The decor was exactly as described on the website. It was centrally located to several points of interest within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a beautiful property, in a historic building, with an impeccable staff. Very posh, yet friendly helpful staff, start to finish. My only problem was we never had a functional toilet for our 4 days. They tried to fix it twice, but we gave up asking.
