Really very good.. One tiny fault... chipped enamel in bath. Breakfast buffet was great value. Lovely hotel. Great location.

Staff are friendly, and communal areas are modern and comfortable. The hotel is looking tired and would benefit from repainting inside and outside. Room was very expensive for what it was at £135 a night for a standard twin, the room was dated and painting in the room was a poor standard.

I booked for a concert, expecting a high standard and as it had parking. Car park was closed, no help suggesting other parking, and for £350 for the night I expected better.

The bedding was all stained. Had to ask reception for towels as only the dirty towels in the bath from previous guest available. Also 2 hrs after checking in was told hotel was closing next day and we had to move to another hotel. Had paid the hotel for b&bfor two nights and new hotel had to pay nearly £40 extra for breakfast. Really was a fiasco

Lifts broken so had to walk 5 floors, other than that everything was okay. Good Expedia price but expensive if you book direct

Good location, but very hot and no aircon, hotel parking inaccessible (plenty available nearby though) and only one lift was working for our entire stay. No fridge in the room either which I would have expected.

A 2 night stay at the Park Inn. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice lobby area. Check in was quick-we had to reactivate the room card on the 2nd day as we had 2 separate bookings but we kept the same room. The room was really hot owing to the heatwave and no air-conditioning but fan was supplied and in the room. Bed was really comfortable. Decor was a bit tired but didn't affect our stay. Nice powerful shower - only bath towels provided -no hand towels but changed on request. Iron and ironing board in the room. Plenty of hanging space. Just a few minutes walk into the city centre and 30 mins walk to cardiff bay. Overall a very good stay.

Very dated and battered room, tiny bathroom but i understand its city centre. Why not put your tea and coffees in something a little bit nicer, a metal tin isn't really what you expect. Really handy location and excellent air conditioning...just not the standard im used to.

Will never stay at this hotel again, feel ripped off as the place is old, lifts not working and generally needs knocking down and rebuilding.

The hotel is in a convenient location opposite the Utilia Arena. It is also within easy walking distance from Cardiff city centre, the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Central Railway Station. It was certainly different having a room with an inside view of the lobby, but there were blackout curtains on the window and the air con was working. The bedroom and bathroom were of a good size and really clean. There was also a good selection of hot and cold buffet items at breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold drinks. Couldn't give our stay 5 stars because they had obviously put their room rates up due to the Oasis concerts.

The hotel needs to invest in AC. The room was way too hot and you can’t leave the window open at night due to the noise in nearby bars, traffic etc which meant I did not get a good nights sleep!! Apart from that it was a nice, standard hotel

This hotel has a car park underground for 35 cars on a first come first serve basis - and cost us £45 for a 2 night stay. The reception staff were very welcoming and the general areas were clean and presentable. There was only 1 lift working of the 2 there and on our first day one of the housekeeping staff forced a huge trolley onto the lift with us and told us we needed to move out of her way. Our room was a superior room with a view towards the shopping centre - a good sized bed and generally a nice room but was like an oven in July, despite the fan provided, and our window only opened outwards just a little bit. We will definitely book a hotel with air-con if we return during the summer. The hotel is within walking distance of Principality Stadium and conveniently close to shops/Mall/restaurants/bars. We will definitely book again during cooler seasons.

I’m reviewing this in acknowledgment that I paid well, well over the average cost for this hotel, as I was attending the opening night of Oasis at the stadium, and Cardiff always whacks up the prices for any event. This hotel is no exception, I would say I paid maybe 5x or 6x times the usual price as Radisson have no qualms with fleecing people when demand rises. That said, this hotel has no business charging what it does, the rooms are incredibly tired. The bathroom was at the very end of its life. The bath tap came off in my hand, the toilet has water constantly running, the flush barely worked. The room has no aircon. Madness when the summer nights are so hot and when they’re taking the best part of £500 off you. Thankfully there’s a fan in the cupboard, so I could create some sort of makeshift solution where I dragged a table closer to the bed so the fan can reach a plug, the propping the fan so it would actually hit the bed. The whole room has a lot of wear and tear. Kept clean as it can be, it must be said, but it sorely needs a refurb. Breakfast was fine. Staff are nice enough. Though I had to interrupt a conversation at the desk to check out as I was just standing there waiting with a train to catch. If I was paying the average £70-odd price, I’d be much more fine with it and a bit more forgiving. But the cash grab for what it delivered is a joke.

I used a free stay on had on this hotel had I paid for it I would of asked for my money back. The staff are amazing and really helpful and polite tbut the hotel is a dump. It's dirty stains everywhere and in need of renovation the bed is way past it's us by date very hard and uncomfortable couldn't sit in the chair in the room as it was so stained. Bathroom had hairs aoung the tap and the shower was more like a watering can. The noise from the pipes when anyone has a shower on your floor is also a bit of a shock. Breakfast is good and restaurant is fairly dec by. Again th ba area is dirty and lots of broken seats.
