Nice hotel, clean, good value for money. Rooms were a bit small.

A wonderful place with very good food in their restaurant

Hotel is well located and well organized. Food at the restaurant is excellent and service is amazing. Even though I have a trouble free stay, the hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are tiny with a dated wired layout. My room phone did not work my whole stay, and pool is exposed to the public area of the restaurant, impossible to be private while swimming there.

The hotel has seen better days. We had several issues. The room didn’t have hot water for two days. Room too small. Gym is a joke, equipment broken, very light weight, and the equipments working poorly. TV didn’t have any cable channels, only free ones. Bed wasn’t good and pillows very bad. The hotel as a whole is bad, very ill maintained. The only good thing is the view.

All the staff is very helpful and nice. Very good hotel, hope to return in the future.

We loved that it was centrally located to many walkable shopping/ dinning locations. Thecstaf always went above and beyond in every aspect.

Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue we had was with the safety box which gave us issues for a few until the staff eventually replaced it. The rooms were nice (although a bit small, specially for a family of 4), the restaurant was very nice as well, and there was several activities to entrarían the kids.

Staff was very efficient and welcoming, the breakfast was outstanding, the property provides many amenities. The room is comfortable although being dated. Very convenient location and good access

Razoavelmente confortável com atendimento bom. A cama foi confortável. Foi um pouco estranho ter o banheiro e o chuveiro em lugares separados, mas fica bom para casais ou 2 amigos que precisam usar o vaso e o chuveiro ao mesmo tempo. Só tinha alguns problemas com a estadia: o wifi tinha problemas, e o fluxo de água na pia respingava em todo lugar. E queria ter um pouco mais luz no quarto.

Long wait to check in (too much paperwork). The sofa bed was not in good condition, there was a big depression in the middle what was far to be comfortable. Other than that the hotel is super good, great location and amenities in the property
