General good hotel, however there were flies and a smell in the washroom. The access to the room was very convoluted. The elevator was defective. Although, front desk staff was good. Not recommended.

Excellent hotel and fantastic breakfast!

I did not appreciate the noise I was able to hear through the windows. The room was just okay with TV being the nicest thing about it. Staff was nice at breakfast.

The hotel is a but run down but it seems that it getting some renovation during our stay so expecting a better experience for future guest. Very convenient place. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Staff are very friendly and always with a smile.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. My room and inside hotel was clean. It is very near to restaurants, shops all transportation and landmarks. The only negative is they were doing repairs outside the hotel and scaffold was obstructing my window and made the sidewalk very tight to walk. Overall I had a great experience staying at this hotel.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay. We had a triple room, which was the perfect size for our group. While the rooms could use some maintenance, it's Italy older buildings are part of the charm. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a bit of noise at times due to construction, but it wasn’t a major issue. The A/C didn’t cool the room as much as we’d like, but we learned that’s typical due to local regulations. Overall, a decent stay. I’d probably stay here again.

Pity about the scaffolding in front of the windows, we had a noisy neighbour but we asked to move room which eliminated that problem. Great breakfast.

I can’t say this is the worst place I’ve stayed but I must warn you. The beds are spring mattresses. You can physically feel the springs under you! That might be ok for someone in their 20s but for me in my 40s—I’ll compare this hotel to camping. The shower was tiny!! Have you ever been on a cruise? Yeah the shower was smaller than that. A/C didn’t work well at all! The staff was nice and that’s why I gave it two stars. Its no where near the. 7.8 rating it had when I booked. Nope not again! We even left before the 2nd nights stay because we couldn’t fathom sleeping there or trying to shower.

Location was in busy traffic area so noise took getting use to. Bed could have been more comfortable, specifically the plastic liner underneath was not breathable.
