Lovely outdoor swimming pool . Lots of things missing off the menus otherwise very helpful staff and friendly xx

Disappointed with dinner catering (not ‘any time’) and limited menu. However breakfast was excellent. Room safe not working.

Hot! No air conditioning - rooms were stuffy and loud if windows open

This was stopover on our journey through France. I wanted somewhere close to the motorway and this was perfect. We arrived late - after 1am - and the desk clerk was very friendly. The breakfast was good, the beds were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We'd definitely stay here again and will be putting Novotel at the top of our list for stopovers in future.

Perfectly suited our needs. Short stay to visit friends, really just a bed for the night.

Worked well for business trip. Despite being near the highway/road, the room was absolutely quiet. Entering the parking lot is a bit difficult to follow without having a GPS. Staff were very helpful: front desk and breakfast.

The hotel was a little shabby. The swimming pool was closed which was such a shame after a long hot drive. And the restaurant was closed so we had to go out in search of food.

We used this hotel as a stopover during travel further into Southern France, nice hotel well located on the outskirts of Paris close to Versailles however does look a little tired but no issue served us as required.

Used as a stopover on the way back from the Alps, good location just off the A13. As you’d expect from a Novotel, rooms and hotel were clean and nice breakfast. Stayed in a family room with one double bed and one double sofa bed.

It was amazing, especially the location that gives you the comfort outside the city noise. The room was very clean, the amenities was good except that we can not use the swimming pool due to the winter weather, but the pool can be converted to an in door to meet all season`s demand.

Nice gated hotel with free parking. Very friendly staff. We arrived very late for our stay and the staff greeted us with a big smile. Although the rooms were air conditioned, we were unable to bring the temperature lower as it was centrally controlled. It would be nice to have a colder room during this summer's heat wave. Perhaps it was because we are used to the air conditioned car as we were driving throughout Europe.

Nice Hotel, has plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. However, carpet wasn't very clean and breakfast was terrible.

I have just completed my second stay within 1 year at the Novotel Poissy Orgeval and it was as pleasant as the first stay. The room is nice and spacious and has all the amenities we need, we were a family of 4. The welcome was nice and the communication with staff was great. The following amenities were within 5 minutes of the Hotel: McDonalds Total Petrol Station Inter Marche (Supermarket) We also booked a day out in Parc Xtreme which was about 25 minutes away by car, was a bit pricey but the activities were a lot of fun, I can imagine how much fun it would be during the summer. Once again, great stay and great location.

Staff asked 2 times for my credit card, even though the lady on check had it in hands. The rooms are in a okish condition. Didn’t get the queen size bed as booked.

Arrived at 8:30pm, everything was closed except for McDonalds. Room service number did not pick up. Nowhere to walk to, trapped behind a security gate. Wifi wasn't working at all.
