The kids loved the waterpark, restaurant was amazing

Staff were very friendly and the Happy Hour idea is great.

The property is clean, a great bar and restaurant on site is a huge plus. On site parking, easy check in and check out process by lovely staff. The rooms could be more sound proofed, we were woken multiple times during the night by people in the hallway.

Great location and lovely property! We enjoyed walking around it while there! Check in was great. We got there early and were just asking if we could drop our bags but the room was ready! That was a wonderful start to our stay! Staff very polite and friendly. Room was light and bright. Very clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the cutlery after a local eatery forgot to add some to my order! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property with a mini water park and inflatable trampoline playground, plus mini golf and a great restaurant on sight. Could have spent the entire weekend in the hotel. Awesome stay.

The room was clean and had a decent size, loved the kids water park, and we had fun playing mini golf. But the phone/intercom wasn't working, the pool wasn't heated and wasn't clean enough. But great experience overall.

Very spacious executive room, renovated bathroom with a big shower, comfortable, very large king bed. Excellent service, very good breakfast and well prepared and served food in the restaurant. Overall a very nicely kept resort with a great outside spa!

Wonderful Stay – Exactly As Described! I recently stayed at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort for just one night, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — no surprises, just great service and a relaxing atmosphere. The resort amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. As an Expedia member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in — a lovely and much-appreciated gesture! Although it was a short stay, everything from the check-in process to the overall ambiance left a great impression. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed many years ago and loved it back then, and have loved it this time also. Traveling backwards and forwards to the RBH, the water park and playground was a welcome return for our 2 children, not to mention the beautiful hot spa for ourselves. Thoroughly recommend.

Decent room and hotel

Thank you so much for my stay on the Sunshine Coast. The service was outstanding, the breakfast a was a massive hit. Absolutely enjoyed. The pool and spa was clean. My room was spotless, bathroom was very spacious. Thank you once again!

Beautiful Resort complete with lake, swimming pool, wonderfully warm Spa, Restaurant and Bar. Mini golf, Kid's Water Park, Tennis Court, Volleyball court. I loved it and stayed for weeks. My room was comfortable, spacious, modern with walk-in shower, kitchenette, dishwater and coffee machine. The staff are so warm, friendly, welcoming and provide exceptional service. I was very happy there and highly recommend it.

My kids loved everything you could do there. The water park, tennis, golf, jumping pillow, spa and a grass area to play soccer. They also enjoyed looking for eels in the pond on the way to breakfasts The rock pools were 5minute drive away so much around to keep the kids occupied. Woolworths was literally across the road which was very handy. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Only problem was the poo in the waterpark. It got closed and cleaned up but when we went back my kids saw more poo. I didn’t let them go in again after that. They do offer free swimming nappies, but maybe they need to advertise that more. Or put signs up regarding expectations of children not toilet trained yet. Pretty good stay and plenty to do still in the middle of winter!

A great place to stay and caters for families and couples. A great variety of things to keep the kids occupied and also the adults. A short walk gets you into town and there is a Woolworths close by for those extra items and treats that you may need.
