Hotel was nice, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. To prevent a momentary panic, be aware that if booking through Expedia, the hotel will send an online check in you can complete. It will imply that the stay has not been paid for. I was assured after speaking with a receptionist that it was, but still had me worried for a moment.

Everything on this property waz great with the exception of internet which frankly, it was the worst I eve had in any of the 40 countries I visited. The management has to upgrade the system urgently!

Receptionist cold and rude

Definately not living up to a Plaza Hotel. From Day one not Happy. TV not working. Minibar empty and not connected. Notified that cleaning is only performed every second day. That might be great for the Environment, but not to my expectations. Cleaning itself was performed at the absolut minimum. Many times the room was never really cleaned only the bed made the garbage emptied and the towels exchanged. The view out of the window shows balconies that are definately raise a concern of safety. No Service past 11:00 PM - Had to go through the back door and was feeling unsafe. The Vending Machine never worked.Than no shuttle to the airport. All together never again.

Very helpful staff and clean hotel

It was to hot for their air cooling system to work so we had to sleep with the windows open. They were nice and brought us a fan.

The hotel is very practically located in Hanau city center. The junior suite room is very comfortable and spacious.

House keepers don’t leave towels or make the bed not sure if they even come in the rooms I wasn’t happy.

Great experience and value. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for visiting local companies

I always have a wonderful stay there and it's the only place I stay when in Germany. I was sad that the refrigerators are no longer in the rooms. The air conditioning is not as good as I would like and it would be nice to have an outside seating area that is non smoking.

Everyone is always nice. We come to Germany every 2 years and it's the only place we stay.
