Very friendly staff

location was perfect

Only issues was the bathroom tub. The water backed up in the tub with some pretty dirty water and grime. There was no way to clean up the mess. The staff were very nice though and the rooms clean.

It was super noisy due to road construction when we stayed. The noise continued for the entire night. No warning. We could not sleep at all.

Exactly what you expect. Nothing fancy. Some home done repairs. But clean, safe and friendly. Recommended.

close to the campus and downtown. everything is great. if I have to complain one thing that will be the wifi single are not stable and we lost connections from time to time. I guess there are many guests are using it.

The AC is old and noisy. That's the only complaint. The staffs are super chill and cool. Everything is minimal but it is exactly what you need, very thoughtful.

The property was clean however, the AC/Heat unit was very very loud.

All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got in early from Los Angeles and they were able to check us in a little early. Nice snacks every morning. Coffee really good and all day. Water bottles on demand. Housecleaning are all super friendly and helpful. Really close walk to civic center. Really a nice visit to Campus Inn. They just need to fix the AC plug outlets…several plugs just fell right out. We’ll definitely be back. Great job!

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The mattress was a bit old and had lost its firmness.

Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and informative.

The room smelled like mildew and staff didn’t really check room for trash until we had to tell them on the third day. It’s cheap to stay but definitely not staying there again if I travel back to Eugene.
