Comfortable hotel that needs some updates

As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet. Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!!

As they mention about parking is wrong. We can’t find any normal parking. It is not 4 star hotel. Maximum 2 star hotel. So bad.

Facility is very tired and worn. Bath fixtures are loose, broken, or missing. Water pressure and shower flow are poor. Staff are professional and polite, but the place needs significant maintenance and updates. None of the gym or spa facilities are included in the room rate.

Excellent service!

Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. Buen trato del personal. Pocos amenities. Flexibilidad a la hora de abandonar el parking. Falta un poco de limpieza pero en general bien.

Presente bella piscina e mostra uno sfarzo di tempi passati. Ora, purtroppo, è solo un hotel trasandato, con gravi problemi di manutenzione e stanze particolarmente sporche e in pessime condizioni.

Hemos estado en una habitación para 4 y ha estado genial, muy grande, amplia y cómoda. Pero hemos tenido vecinos sin educación y a las tantas de la mañana se les oía hablar y gritar, las paredes son muy finas. La limpieza regular, la bañera estaba llena de pelos largos. La hostelería, piscina y personal perfectos!!!!

Perfecto para visitar la ciudad

Notre réservation netait pas prise en compte a notre arrivée a cause dun problème de logiciel. Nous avons du faire 3 chambres pour pouvoir trouver celle qui nous convient. Aucune serviette dans la chambre et quand nous en avons demandé on nous a donné que des petites serviettes qui sont sensés être posées au sol. Les lits ne sont pas confortables. On sent les ressorts.
