Front desk staff were friendly. Everything seemed fine (decent room with comfortable bed) but creeped out to see a cockroach. Luckily we only stayed one night and the sighting was on the way out as we were getting on the elevator.

However, the breakfast was not good.

The rooms are a little tired and could need some freshening up. Need new supplier of breakfast muffins. very dry and tasteless. Bed was comfortable and clean!

Large resort, but nothing was too crowded. Great whirlpool overlooking bay. Beautiful grounds. Very clean and super close to Acadia. Breakfast was just ok. Service very slow

This was so easy to commute from. We were close to Kittery Maine and downtown Portsmouth New Hampshire.

Property old but clean and housekeeping everyday. Customer service was Exceptional.

Room was good but wish the area for breakfast was a bit larger. It felt very cramped when trying to eat in the morning.

Location was easy access from freeway but a ways from downtown.

Pleasant stay. Nice accommodations. Shower needed grab bars. A Gideon Bible would have been appreciated. Otherwise very nice.

Very convenient location. Limited breakfast options. If you're looking for a clean and inexpensive room with no frills, this is the place. I would stay here again.

The property was near the traffic circle. But the traffic at times is still too busy for a cicle. I used other roads to avoid a left turn at the circle.

The leering desk clerk made my daughter feel unsafe.

The room smelled every time the air conditioning was on. We attempted to open the window for fresh air which was nice... but then the highway noise took over. Not too bad for a 1 night stay

The room was clean and everything functional. One of the beds had a broken row of springs that caused it to sag on one side. The breakfast is a few different bread items, juice, coffee, microwave egg sandwiches and cereal.
