Great hotel, clean and nice.

Room was Clean and staff very family .

Donovan at the front desk was very helpfull and very friendly. I was hoping to find more variety around the area.The falls are about a 20 min drive which is not bad at all. I would hope they did hoisekeeping daily instead of every other day.

Super place, very modern and clean. Beautiful property that's well maintained. Spent a week and it was very comfortable.

Clean and super comfortable

Booked this particular property because of the pool but found the pool area itself small and very hot and humid inside. Just not to my preference. Probably fine on a cold winter's day.

We have stayed at this property on and off for over 12 years and have always enjoyed our stay. No complaints, really, otherwise we wouldn't keep coming back.THe price per night has escalated in that time period, however. WE might have to seek an alternative soon. We are retired and can't justify this expense.

The carpet has a bad smell. The air con vents were not cleaned. Also there were spider webs at the base The shower pressure is too strong On the positive side, the beds are very comfortable. The washroom is good. The public washroom was very well kept

It was a beautiful hotel, fairly clean, and comfortable. However, as we walked to our room on the 3rd floor, looking down through the glass windows to the floors below, there was thick dust on the sills and wall ornaments. It was also disappointing that we were not able to park under the canopy by the main doors to unload our vehicle, therefore all our luggage got wet. All other hotels where we have stayed allow this. Thank you.

Very convenient for visiting university students

Our washroom was disgusting, we couldn't even use the shower

The carpet was dirty when we arrived, there’s no closet in the room, so we coudn’t hang our clothes ! Rooms are not cleaned eveyday. We asked for towels we didn’t get them until we went to take them from the reception the next day. Breakfast is below average.

Nice stay

A few details were a turn off. They charge $5 parking each day. Our bed had a very big swell in the mattress, almost like a concave hole but it was about 2 feet long, on the one side so we both had to sleep on the other side of the bed. We were at a wedding and returned to our room at 1am and didn’t notice this until we were getting in bed. We decided we were too tired to deal with it that night. I told them when we checked out and they just said “oh sorry, thanks for letting us know”. Breakfast is not included and they charge $25.

Unhelpful staff.

Very nuetral experience. Hotel was clean, although seemed dated. I was surprised to see neither a dresser or closet in my room. I had to lay my clothes out on the extra bed. Staff were friendly. Parents letting the kids play in the workout area wasnt an optimal experience either.

Paint chipping on the bathroom ceiling and overall uncleanliness in the room. The grounds are littered with trash and leaves. Don’t forget $5 for parking lol.

I didn’t have a pleasant day I noticed after my trip trip I got bedbugs bite all over my legs and waist area. I wasn’t asked how my stay was or if there was any concerns which told me that they didn’t really care if I stayed there or not.
