Great location with very engaging staff.

My husband and I like the convenience of not having to go outside to shop in the mall just taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. Also free breakfast was an added bonus. The front office workers, kitchen & dinner room staff were outstanding. Shout out to Penny-thank you

The size of my room was awesome. Air conditioning was extremely good. The staff were wonderful.

We were upgraded to suites and they were great - very roomy and comfy. Omlettes at breakfast were delicious.

The food was amazing and the room was clean and spacious.

Family visit to Johannesburg and use this hotel as it is in a safe location.

Comfortable hotel in a good location with a direct connection to the next door shopping mall.

Reasonable stay, food in level four for dinner great, breakfast pretty average, drink prices in the bar have in some cases doubled, most are up 30pc. Air con in the room never worked properly, made peace that it was going to be just too hot as no inclination in staff to actually resolve just turn up put a thermometer under the vent and say it’s fine. Tv signal terrible, looks like you are watching on a 1980s TV, ‘this is the signal we receive’ was the response received. Room apart from broken aircon and 1980s TV good, and nice size. Breakfast in room good, but the buffet section in the restaurant is pretty poor, cheap fruit, just a few stale croissants and a bit of cheese

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Everything about it was so well done. The only ding I can give them was that they didnt clearly explain everything in the minibar and room was free. Their porter was extra attentive even looking up so.e local restaurants for us.

Good location near shopping and dining. Property is lovely and has solid amenities. Construction noise was challenging at times, particularly during breakfast time.

Bridge from hotel to shopping mall on 2nd floor. Very convenient for eating and getting momentos.
