Air Conditioning didn't work properly. It didn't reach the temperatura setting and the room was too hot, particularly at night. Only two towels, poor quality. Not clear curtains, only dark ones, not enough hungers...lunch was poor, dirty dishes, dirty cups and glasses...poor security. Anybody can take the elevator to ahve acces to the rooms...

Just what you need from a airport hotel. Lunch buffet was good.

Hotel room for 3 with a double bed and single bed offers a sofa bed that only fits a small child. There are no side beds and the outlets are not well placed and not bough for 3 people. There is no interphone and guests can communicate with front desk if you come from the airport through the bridge, there is not a ramp to help people with disabilities or do roll the luggages. The all you can eat breakfast is very good with delicious and a variety of food and fruits.

The staff were very helpful , professional and friendly.

Checking in took a long time, apparently because some fool of a manager decided to call a staff meeting, so there was only one attendant available during a peak hour. Although the room did have a fridge, there was no tableware available, not even a cup, which is especially annoying for people who have to take meds. My fellow traveler, who is 89 years old, forgot which room was assigned to him and was able to open a completely different room and leave his things there. Instead of being thankful for having been made aware of a security problem, staff instead blamed a cleaning lady for oversight. The good thing about the hotel is the convenience of walking distance to the airport. The convenience was somewhat diminished by the lack of maintenance of the elevator to the pedestrian crossing.

Definitivamente el hotel tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora. La ducha mal aseada con hongos en las juntas, la cama para nada confortable, es una espuma el colchón. Respecto al desayuno terrible, todos los días ofrecen exactamente lo mismo, los huevos fritos parecían de silicona, los huevos revueltos con sabor a metal, las tostadas sin gluten parecían de una semana de viejas pues estaban duras imposibles de comer. 1 sola máquina de café para todo el servicio con una fila larguísima.

No shampoo,dirty,old premisses inside the room

Very convenient walkable distance to get to Conganhos airport. All courtesy buses to trade fairs leave from the airport. Negative point: no Safety locker in the room as advertised so we had carry valuables with us.

Friendly staff and convenient location

Super nos atendeu para estadia de 2 dias. Hotel bem localizado, com ótima proteção acústica por estar muito próximo ao aeroporto, quarto limpo, cama boa, serviço bom e café da manhã muito bom. Somente a conexão da TV com a internet que deixou a desejar. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

It was normal. Could be better. This hotel is well located, accepts a lot of guests daily. But could improve the rooms. Dated, with furniture and apliances broken. Bathroom with old aspect, not so clean, very old and damaged towels. A shame... Poor breakfast. Could be better, with more options. Always the same, and not so good quality.

Literally, across the street from the airport with all necessary services for visitors and passengers in transit

Staying at the Ibis is nothing new for me, and unfortunately I was negatively surprised. I arrived in room 989, the bed was misaligned, I even sent a photo to my boyfriend and he was also surprised, the bathroom faucet was leaking water all over the sink, I was quite shocked considering the amount charged for the stay. The breakfast was ok, but in other IBIS I've stayed in they had more options. Fortunately I was on business and relied very little on the establishment, but you should know that there are others, in other states, with more affordable prices and infinitely better service.

O Hotel ficou sem luz quase 24hs. Alguns hospedes ficaram presos no elevador e tomaram banho frio. Somente o hotel estava sem luz na região. O gerador só iluminava a recepção, a padaria e lavanderia.
